Currency and Bank Fees

Declined or Duplicate Payments
For a declined payment, check the billing information or contact the payment provider. A pending amount may be an authorization rather than a completed charge. If you believe the same order was charged twice, contact us with your order number and relevant transaction details, excluding complete payment credentials.
Order Confirmation
